Our interactive session
Thursday, 15 November 2018, 14.00h to 14.30h
A great User Experience (UX) is core for the success of products and services. There are a lot of approaches of how UX finds its way into product development like User-Centered Design, Lean UX, Agile UX, Collaborative UX. Depending on the context of use, the team structure, the budget for UX and the product scope, the outcomes can be tremendously different.
In projects with a lot of changing variables, a UX Strategy helps to guide the project team towards a common vision. The UX Strategy (or the absence thereof) has an impact not only on the UX of the final product but also on time to market and the total cost of development.
In this talk, we share our learnings from 15 years in UX with several stories from real projects. We compare several approaches to UX. We discuss which key concepts of UX have changed over time and what remained the same all through the years and what is important for your project.
